A Passion Passed Down

My love for baking began long before culinary school, rooted in the memories I made in the kitchen alongside my great-grandmother. Those early moments taught me that the best desserts were made with patience, care, and love.

That inspiration sparked my journey into the culinary world. I graduated from Georgia Southern University before continuing my education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where I earned my Baking and Patisserie degree. After gaining hands-on experience in Atlanta’s various bakeries, hotels, restaurants and country clubs, I returned home to Augusta, Georgia where I combined my classic techniques with meaningful flavors.

Today, I'm honoring my great-grandmother’s legacy by creating hand-crafted desserts that reflect both tradition and creativity.

Arie’s Artisan Cheesecakes was started on the belief that you deserve quality desserts that make a lasting impression. I specialize in handcrafted mini cheesecakes, where every flavor is carefully developed using high-quality ingredients and small-batch techniques.
From timeless classics like vanilla bean and triple chocolate to seasonal flavors inspired by the moment, each cheesecake is designed to feel familiar yet special.
