A Passion Passed Down

My love for baking began long before culinary school—rooted in time spent in the kitchen alongside my great-grandmother,. I became a skilled pastry chef who believed the best desserts were made with patience, care, and love.

That early inspiration led me to pursue formal training. I graduating from Georgia Southern University before refining my craft at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After gaining hands-on experience in Atlanta’s pastry scene, I returned home to Augusta, Georgia where I brought both technical expertise and a deep respect for tradition.

Today, I'm honoring my great-grandmother’s legacy by creating desserts that blend classic technique with thoughtful creativity with each cheesecake made from scratch and designed to be savored.
